Overview


Gershaw Conference Group, Inc. (GCG) is the parent company of both GCG Event Partners and Professional Meeting Planners (PMP). GCG incorporated in 1998 and is a privately held, 100% woman-owned corporation located in Stoneham, Massachusetts. Lori Gershaw, President and Allan Stark, Vice President, are both actively involved in the day-to-day management of both of these enterprises. It is their knowledge and expertise as well as a highly professional and well-trained staff that have led GCG to be able to expand their offerings and services within the event planning industry.

GCG Event Partners was begun as a sister company to Professional Meeting Planners. PMP specializes in planning medical meetings and has built a reputation within the medical academic, association and corporate communities. PMP has been an industry leader in full-service meeting solutions and has been exceeding the needs of our customers since 1989. We have leveraged this comprehensive knowledge to bring you GCG Event Partners.

In 2003, GCG Event Partners was created to match professional meeting planners and on-site managers with clients who need short-term meeting planning or on-site management help. With GCG Event Partners, we now can match these two groups together to provide a mutually beneficial relationship.

It is our in-house staff’s meeting planning experience that allows us to understand our clients’ needs and deliver the best, most appropriate people and services.
