Code of Conduct


Each member of the GCG Event Partners network is expected to adhere to a Code of Conduct.

We recognize that as an On-Site Manager you are a successful professional, who has developed your own unique style of doing business. In fact, each On-Site Manager ’s unique style and expertise are key ingredients to the success of the network. We are very proud of the professionalism of the On-Site Managers in the network and rave about your skills to clients. On-Site Managers in the network are terrific problem solvers and they do whatever is necessary to ensure a successful meeting for the client.

By setting forth a Code of Conduct, we intend only to remind you of the professional image and customer satisfaction that the network strives to maintain. It is not meant to hinder your technique and execution. GCG Event Partners On-Site Managers are expected to:

  1. Treat clients, vendors, and other GCG Event Partners On-Site Managers with courtesy and professionalism;
  2. Professionally represent GCG Event Partners and the client when on-site and when conducting business as part of the network;
  3. Communicate and perform services with integrity;
  4. Always act in the client’s best interest;
  5. Complete projects and work as promised, on time and within budget or time allotted.
  6. Take responsibility for executing the plans and know how to tactfully handle difficult situations that may arise.
  7. Maintain in the strictest of confidence information or materials that are proprietary or considered confidential by the client or the network
  8. Never solicit work from network clients or its members and uphold and adhere to the Membership Agreements that you have completed and signed.
