We maintain and promote GCG Event Partners to prospective clients and employ ongoing marketing and sales programs to attract new business. Moreover, we develop and manage long-lasting relationships with current clients and work closely with members of the network to identify additional business from within the community.

For clients, GCG Event Partners offers a one-stop solution to companies looking to staff meetings and events in multiple locations. This allows us to hire you for numerous companies, building your local service.

Membership Requirements

GCG Event Partners members are expected to meet and maintain the following requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
• Computer and Internet access for communication with clients.
• Access to the GCG Event Partners members website to track your assignments and submit your invoices.
• Current mailing address to receive materials (no P.O. boxes)
• Valid and active cell phone
• Valid email address
• A completed W-9 form and On-Site Management Agreement

If you meet these requirements and are interested in becoming a member of GCG Event Partners, please submit an application form. Our staff will screen your application and, if you are accepted, we will send you a GCG Event Partners On-Site Management Agreement and W-9 form to complete and return. You will then be assigned a username and password for access to our members-only website.

Note: Membership for individuals is currently free. At this time, we are not accepting members who reside outside the United States. Membership in the network is solely at the discretion of Gershaw Conference Group, Inc. and its representatives.
