The Convention
and Visitors Bureau, often called a city's CVB, is a nonprofit
organization whose purpose is to bring people into the city
or area. The CVB should be the Event Managers first stop when
considering a city for the location of the event. They provide
information on accommodations, conference and convention
centers, area attractions, transportation needs and much
more.
