We always negotiate the cost as though we were paying for the equipment ourselves. GCG Event Partners does not mark up the cost of the equipment - we pass the savings on to you.

Flexible and Affordable

Our Audio-Visual Management service has been designed to be flexible and affordable. Depending on the needs of the client, we can order audio-visual equipment to be simply delivered to the venue or to have a technician set up the equipment to the specifications required for the meeting. The client may also elect to have the technician stay on-site throughout the meeting or leave after insuring the equipment is working properly. . We can also arrange for the equipment to be taken down and picked up by the AV company.
